The Ford GT Supercharger is a 2.3 liter twin-screw supercharger. The twin screw design is far more efficient than the roots supercharger that the 3800 came equipped with.
In addition it is 55.6% larger in volume making it a serious upgrade if you can afford the cost of making it bolt up.

This seems to have been very succesful as well. That thread contains dyno sheets where the car made 508 horsepower and 526 ft. lbs. of torque!
